Oh, ya ... sekarang sudah beradab!

(NST) KUALA LUMPUR, Thurs: The Umno supreme council meeting that ended at 7.30pm has agreed to endorse Datuk Ahmad Said's palace appointment as Terengganu Mentri Besar, ending the crisis which had set up a confrontation with the state palace.

That is it.

So, now, no more biadab thing I suppose. Idris Jusoh gone bye-bye.

Let see, out of desperation, those who previously called the Sultan as "natang" are now need to find excuse of what "natang" suppose to mean. But they like to mock up things anyway.

Just in case they can't find any, I have an idea. Tell your leader to mock up the other meaning of "natang". The best I can come up with is for you to add prefix - "me" + "natang". Meaning, you actually want to pamper him, to love him, the Sultan - instead of (bi) natang.

Sorry that I can't find a better meaning in Kadayan dialect.

We Kadayan don't have Sultan. The closest Sultan we have in the neighborhood is the Sultan of Brunei. And we never call him "natang" not even to these days.

But really, this is a sharp contrast with Tun Dr. Mahathir era of the past. When there were unavoidable conflict between politics and palace, the standoff was greater. Tun Dr Mahathir is truly a credible someone.

Remember what happen in the case between the Sultan of Johor and the hockey coach - just a hockey coach, not MB. But it goes so deep toward sultan ultimate privilage, their very own immunity. It was so intense - to the extend that Sultan of Pahang complaint; they made Sultans looked like villains in the eyes of the people.

Mainstream newspaper were geared at full scale toward putting in huge pressure to Sultans at the time. They only stopped after certain demands are fulfilled. Malay rulers then hold a special meeting and that, ended up with creation of a "royal" court.

So, those BN men, I hate to repeat this, but now they are WEAK.

Remember when I said about choosing a lesser evil? I don't. I will pick the stronger.
